David Noyce

David is licensed for Residential and Commercial Construction and has been in the industry for over 12 years. His career in the Augusta area, has led to the reputation that Southpaw Roofing has now, come to be known for.

David attended Furman University on a baseball scholarship, and then in 1998, he was drafted by the Florida Marlins. Later on, he continued this career pitching for the Chicago Cubs and Arizona Diamondbacks, before suffering a career-ending injury.

David is married to Jami Noyce and they have 4 children.

Dustin Tyra

Dustin graduated in 2004 from Lakeside High School and played baseball at the University of South Carolina Aiken. He graduated in 2009 with a degree in Business Marketing, and joined his business partner David Noyce. They were both left-handed players, hence where the name Southpaw came from. Dustin married Chelsea in 2010 and they have two sons, Palmer and Wilkes.

Jami Noyce

Jami was born and raised in North Augusta, SC. She graduated from Furman University where she majored in political science and business. Jami is married to David, has four children, and is active in the gardening club, photography, and volunteering at the Arts Center in North Augusta.

Robbie Wachman

Robbie graduated from Augusta University in 2013 with a BS in Kinesiology. During his early college career, Robbie played baseball for the College of Charleston and Middle Georgia College, where he was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds organization. He started his career at Southpaw Roofing in 2017 as a Sales Representative. Currently he is the Operations Manager for the Charleston Division. He married his high school sweetheart Billie in 2006 and they have four children.

Jacey Wilson

Jacey is an Augusta native and graduated from Augusta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Jacey married her high school sweetheart Greg, who is an officer in the Marines. Jacey enjoys kickboxing as a hobby and eventually wants to compete competitively. Jacey joined the Southpaw Roofing team in 2018 as the Office Manager.

Heather Johnson

Heather is a native of Augusta, GA. She attended Augusta University and graduated from Troy University with a MS in Clinical Psychology. Heather has 24 years of sales and marketing in the media industry and joined the Southpaw Roofing team as the Marketing and Business Development Director in 2020. She is married to Dan and they have two children.

Zach Murray

Zach is a native of Washington, GA. He played college baseball at Augusta University while majoring in exercise science. Zach also began his college baseball coaching at AU, where he spent 3 years. He then went on to coach at division 1 East Tenn. State University for 2 years before joining the Southpaw Team as a Sales Representative.

Kip Custer

Kip was born and raised in Augusta, GA and graduated from Augusta University in 2015 with a degree in Health & Physical Education. Kip was the starting left-handed pitcher for the Augusta Jags for all four years and earned the MVP for the 2013 season. Kip was a PE Teacher/High School Baseball Coach for the last seven years before joining the Southpaw Roofing team in 2022 as the Project Manager.

Ian Evans

Ian was born and raised in Charleston, SC and attended USC Aiken on a baseball scholarship, where he pitched for the Pacers. He graduated with a degree in Business Management in 2010 and has spent the last 13 years of his professional career working in logistics before joining the Southpaw Roofing team in 2023 as a Sales Representative. Ian loves taking his boat out, fly fishing, and playing golf. Family is most important to Ian, so he is excited for this opportunity with Southpaw Roofing because we give you that family first feel. Ian looks forward to working with everyone in the place he loves most, Charleston.

Megan Brewer

Megan is a proud graduate of Coastal Carolina University and joins our team as the Marketing Director of our Charleston division with a rich tapestry of expertise and an unwavering commitment to continuous learning. Her professional journey has encompassed diverse facets of both the roofing industry and human resource software solutions where she excelled at both outside and inside sales. Megan’s expertise in business development has been a catalyst for both growth and innovation. She has resided in Charleston, SC for the past two years with her boyfriend and their two canine companions. Megan embodies a blend of experience, enthusiasm, and local affinity that perfectly aligns with our team’s values.
