Chris Pappas

Chris grew up as a Navy brat, living everywhere from Florida and Georgia to New Jersey, Connecticut, South Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and Kentucky before eventually putting down roots in Goose Creek. Today, he shares that home with his wife and their blended family of six children.

With 27 years of experience in construction and construction sales, Chris has built a career grounded in hands-on knowledge and problem-solving. Before joining the roofing industry, he worked on a cattle ranch in Kentucky and later became a multi-department specialist at Lowe’s, with expertise in millwork, building materials, flooring, and outside sales. He is also OSHA-10 certified, adding to his strong operational background.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys history, the arts, reading, and cooking. While he may joke that he’s “not that interesting,” his depth of experience, work ethic, and dedication to his family make him a steady and reliable leader on every project he touches.
