Dustin graduated in 2004 from Lakeside High School and played baseball at the University of South Carolina Aiken. He graduated in 2009 with a degree in Business Marketing, and joined forces in the roofing field with his business partner David Noyce. They were both left-handed pitchers, hence the name Southpaw Roofing. Dustin married Chelsea in 2010 and they have two sons. He has been with the company for over 14 years.
